minutesThere are days when all we want is something quick, warm, and deeply comforting, right? And this recipe fits exactly into that category.
Creamy tortellini, fresh spinach, a bit of Parmesan, and a simple sauce that brings everything together perfectly. It comes together incredibly fast, with easy-to-find ingredients, and in the end you get that restaurant-style pasta you’d normally order in a cozy, relaxed place.
What I really like about it is how versatile it is. You can easily adapt it with whatever you have in the fridge: bacon, ham, prosciutto, or even just extra vegetables and cheese.
And the best part? In about 15 minutes, your meal is already on the table.
Ingredients
250 g tortellini
100 g ham, bacon or prosciutto crudo
A generous handful of fresh spinach
200 ml cooking cream
2–3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
1–2 garlic cloves
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
- Don’t forget that the ingredients are very flexible, so you can easily skip or replace anything based on your preferences or what you have on hand.

- To start, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. In a pan, heat a little olive oil and lightly sauté the ham, bacon, or prosciutto torn into pieces until slightly crispy. Remove it from the pan and set it aside, keeping the same pan for the sauce.

- Pour in the cooking cream and add 2–3 tablespoons of tomato sauce for extra color and flavor. Stir well and let the sauce gently simmer for 2–3 minutes.

- Add the finely chopped garlic and cook it for just a few seconds, until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan to taste, then add the tortellini directly into the sauce and gently mix until they are well coated. Finally, add the spinach and let it wilt slightly in the heat of the sauce.

- Serve the tortellini hot, immediately after cooking, while the sauce is still smooth and creamy.
They pair perfectly with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, freshly ground black pepper, and the crispy pieces of ham on top.

- It’s one of those quick recipes that perfectly saves busy days. Simple, creamy, and full of flavor, exactly the kind of dish that disappears from plates in no time.
