minutesI love these trends that always appear as soon as you open a social media channel. You don’t know what to eat anymore, but you have a lot of stuff lying around in the fridge. I don’t know exactly what we did here, for us it was a late breakfast due to lack of time or laziness😅 The final result, a delicious dish.
Ingredients
3 medium sized eggs
30 g fresh spinach
30 g of cheese + 30 g of cheese to mix with the eggs
30 g parmesan
1 teaspoon barbeque ketchup (mix with eggs)
1 piece of flatbread
4-5 slices of ham or whatever you have on hand
1 tablespoon of oil or a cube of butter
salt, pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, break the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, ketchup and grated cheese (30 g). Melt the cube of butter in a pan and add the egg mixture. I did not mix in the eggs or tilt the pan in any way after I put the composition. I kept the heat at a fairly low temperature for slow cooking.- After about 2 minutes I sprinkled the spinach over the eggs, it will seem a lot but I assure you that it will decrease a lot in volume by the end. On top of the spinach I added the sliced ham, trying to cover the whole area and sprinkled the rest of the cheese. Do not skip this step, the cheese will act as a glue between the omelette and the flatbread.
- I immediately put the flatbread, pressed lightly with a spatula and left until I noticed that when the pan was moved slightly, the omelette moved in the pan. Now was the moment when with the help of a lid I turned the omelet, that is, the flatbread will come in the pan and the rest of the composition on top. I quickly sprinkled parmesan and covered with a lid for about 1 min. Be careful to keep the temperature low, flatbread burns quite easily.
- Ready! We can serve!!! I preferred to cut it like a pizza, but everyone cuts it how they want. Enjoy!
